Who We Are
Skillydon Solutions provides technology, automation, website development, digital systems, and related business solutions.
These Terms of Service explain how Skilly Don Solutions ( “Skillydon”, “we”, “us”) works with clients who engage our services (“Client”, “you”).
Our goal is to keep expectations clear, protect both parties, and support smooth project delivery. By requesting, approving, paying for, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Skillydon Solutions provides technology, automation, website development, digital systems, and related business solutions.
Skillydon will provide the services agreed with the Client through a quotation, proposal, invoice, Statement of Work, or other written confirmation.
Any work, feature, revision, support, integration, or deliverable that is not clearly included in the agreed scope may be treated as additional work and may require updated pricing, revised timelines, or both.
Where Skillydon provides services through a quotation, proposal, invoice, or Statement of Work:
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deposits paid for booked project work are non-refundable once work has started, except where a refund is required by law or where Skillydon materially fails to deliver the agreed scope and does not correct the issue within a reasonable time after written notice.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights the Client may have under applicable law.
To help us deliver effectively, the Client agrees to:
The Client should appoint one primary contact person whose instructions, approvals, and feedback Skillydon may rely on during the project.
Skillydon will not be responsible for delays, defects, or losses arising from incomplete instructions, delayed approvals, missing materials, third-party failures, or changes made by anyone other than Skillydon.
Reasonable revisions may be provided to the extent included in the agreed project scope.
Requests that go beyond the agreed scope, are excessive or repetitive, or are made after a deliverable has already been approved may be treated as additional work and billed separately.
Any timeline shared by Skillydon is an estimate unless specifically confirmed in writing as fixed.
If the Client delays in providing content, approvals, access, or feedback, project timelines may be extended accordingly.
If the Client remains unresponsive or causes delays for more than fourteen (7) days, Skillydon may pause the project. A paused project may later be rescheduled and may be subject to revised timelines or fees.
If the Client does not provide written feedback, approval, or rejection within five (5) business days after delivery of a milestone or final work, the work may be treated as approved for billing and project continuation purposes.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Any third-party software, plugins, themes, APIs, stock assets, or licensed tools remain subject to their own license terms.
Ownership of source code, reusable systems, or exclusive rights will only transfer where this is expressly agreed in writing.
Where a project depends on hosting providers, domain registrars, payment providers, plugins, APIs, cloud tools, or other third-party services, Skillydon is not responsible for downtime, disruptions, failures, policy changes, removals, suspensions, or pricing changes caused by those third parties.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Client is responsible for maintaining backups of website files, databases, and related account data.
Skillydon may collect and process personal information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, company details, and messages in the course of communicating with the Client or delivering services.
Where personal data is processed, Skillydon will handle that data in accordance with applicable law.
The Client agrees that:
For more information on how personal data is handled, please refer to Skillydon's Privacy Policy.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Skillydon may display the completed project, the Client's business name, and non-confidential deliverables in its portfolio, proposals, case studies, and marketing materials.
Skillydon may suspend work or end services if:
The Client may also end a project by written notice. In that case, the Client remains responsible for payment for all work completed, time allocated, and costs incurred up to the termination date.
Where payment remains unpaid, Skillydon may withhold deliverables, suspend access, or remove incomplete work from any hosting or development environment under its control, subject to applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with any quotation, proposal, invoice, Statement of Work, or other written agreement between Skillydon and the Client, form the full agreement between the parties in relation to the relevant services.
Any notice, approval, or consent under these Terms may be given by email or other clearly traceable electronic communication unless otherwise agreed in writing.
